Rhombus Advisory holds two AFSLs – RI Advice Group (formerly RetireInvest) and Consultum Financial Advisers.

The practices aligned to these AFSLs are locally owned, employing highly qualified financial advisers and practice staff.

Our AFSLs will investigate and endeavour to resolve complaints promptly and fairly.

If the complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction within 30 days, you can lodge a complaint with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). 

AFCA is an external dispute resolution scheme which provides fair and independent financial services
